
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Davidson is proud to announce that it has been awarded a prime contractor position under the U.S. Air Force’s Enterprise-Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. This contract, with a total ceiling value of $46 billion over a 10-year period (across all awardees), enables the Department of Defense (DoD) to streamline and accelerate the acquisition of innovative armament technologies and support services.
EWAAC Contract Overview
EWAAC serves as a comprehensive contracting vehicle for the DoD to procure a wide range of services and technologies to support its acquisition, integration, and sustainment efforts across multiple domains. The contract, now renamed late last year to reflect its role as an enterprise-wide vehicle, ensures that the Air Force and other DoD agencies have access to an agile and efficient procurement process for cutting-edge defense capabilities.
Under EWAAC, Davidson joins a select group of companies to provide services that span the lifecycle of armament systems, including:
Agile software development and integration
Advanced digital engineering and modeling
Weapons systems design, prototyping, and testing
Enterprise data analytics and management support
Open systems architecture and system integration
EWAAC’s broad scope of work ensures that the DoD can quickly acquire critical technologies, rapidly field new capabilities, and enhance operational readiness.
